  • ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

    Each country has specific custom laws and duty fees that we are not aware of. Please inform yourself towards your local authorities about potential fees you might have to pay to get your product. Shipping cost we charge you is only for shipping and handling; we are not responsible for Custom/Duty/Import/Tax/Etc fees. Your country's authorities might hold your package and ask you to pay these fees before releasing it.

  • Has my order shipped?

    As soon as we ship your package you will receive an email with tracking info. If you have not received it your package has not been shipped yet. However if there has been more than six weeks from the date of your purchase please send us an email at info@lilyofangeles.com.

  • How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

    If you still have not placed your order, you can remove any piece from your cart by clicking on the REMOVE THIS ITEM button in your cart. If you have already placed your order please send us an email at info@lilyofangeles.com.

  • How do I track my order?

    As soon as we ship your package you will receive an email with tracking info. It will explain how to track your package.

  • My order never arrived.

    Please send us an email at info@lilyofangeles.com and make sure to include your order number.

  • An item is missing from my shipment.

    Please make sure to count all pieces carefully first. If there are any missing pieces please have your order number ready and send us an email at info@lilyofangeles.com.

  • How much is my shipping?

    Before you commit to buy and before you pay, you will see the exact shipping cost.

  • How do I return my product?

  • I received the wrong product.

  • When will my order ship?

    All our products are made to order and we need 4 weeks to make a package. As soon as we ship your package you will receive an email with the tracking info.

  • Do you do Custom Orders?

    Yes we do. Please send us a detailed message with all your inquiries and we will reply with possibilities, suggestions and additional costs if applicable.

  • What Quality Flowers do you use in your Arrangements?

    We use high quality artificial silk flowers that you can store for a long time as long as they are not exposed to direct sunlight or extreme humidity.

  • How do you pack your products?

    Each piece is individually wrapped in tissue paper and packed in a large enough box for not getting squeezed during the shipment, however, we always suggest buyers to take them out of the shipping box as soon as they receive them and place them in a larger box.

  • Do you ship to my country?

    Yes, we ship worldwide.

  • What Shipping Companies do you ship with?

    We use UPS and USPS depending to the destination however most of the time insured UPS Ground is the one we choose.

  • Damaged & Lost Packages.

    If your package is damaged or lost, please let us know immediately. We will contact the carrier and if necessary will file a claim to investigate. Your money will be refunded into your account AFTER we receive the refund from the carrier.

  • Do I have to pay sales tax?

    Only customers who reside in California are required to pay sales tax, all others are not required to pay taxes.

  • I have a question on my charges.

  • I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

    After your order is confirmed you will receive an email with your receipt/invoice. If you cannot find the email please send us an email at info@lilyofangeles.com and make sure to include your order number.

  • When will my credit appear on my account?

    We usually process refunds within 24 hours however some banks take a longer time to place the amount back into your account.

  • How do I navigate the site?

    Start at the BRIDAL PACKAGES category, find the package you like and you can purchase any piece you would like. For additional matching pieces you can see sample photos under the appropriate categories.
